There are numerous hotels in the Paris city.  You can use your favourite booking platform for selecting hotels close to the FIAP or wherever you want.

For access, you can reach Paris by plane using the Orly airport with quick connection to the city center, or the Charles De Gaulle airport with connection to the city center as well.  There are also numerous train connections from all over Europe to Paris Gare du Nord (UK, Belgium, Netherlands); Paris Est (Germany, Switzerland); Paris Gare de Lyon (South of France)
